Kevin is a local Realtor@ that grew up in Columbia and has been practicing real estate since 2010. He is an Accredited Buyers Representative(ABR), Broker Price Opinion Resource(BPOR), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource(SFR). 

 

Kevin believes in advising and empowering his clients to make the best decisions for their unique situation. His duty as a Realtor@ is to protect the best interests of his clients. He works diligently to simplify the real estate process for his clients and provide a stress-free experience. Kevin has specialized experience working with local, national, and international investors as well as first-time home buyers, representatives of estates, and foreclosed properties.

Kevin attended the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and enjoys tennis, live music, and trying new local restaurants. He currently resides with his wife and dog in the Shandon neighborhood of downtown Columbia.
